General provisions

Before requesting a service offered electronically, customers should make sure that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. If customer does not understand Terms and Conditions, we strongly recommend contacting our Customer Support Service, available via email address or via telephone numbers indicated in Contact section. The website is translated into several languages. The official version of the website are in English. In case of discrepancy between the original and translated versions, English version will be considered as relevant.
Booking a transfer with us implies Your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the consequences that may arise from them, and that You agree to become legally bound to them. You also agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court if a dispute arises between You and the company and an agreement cannot be reached., is owned and operated under the direction of Ltd. and is provided for personal, non - commercial use in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out below.

1. Description of Services
1.1 is a private limited liability company that owns and maintains which enables different transfer providers (hereinafter: Driver, Drivers) to offer transfer services to customers (hereinafter: Passenger, Passengers, You, Your).

2. Booking procedure
2.1 A person who makes a reservation must be over 18 and have a valid credit / debit card.
Reservation is supposed to be made at least 48 hours before the time of the transfer. As an exception, transfer can be booked in less than 48 hours, through custom transfer request, special terms and conditions will be applied.
Transfer is supposed to be booked online, by filling all the necessary details.
A person who enters the data is responsible for their validity. holds no responsibility for incorrectly entered or wrong information.
A person who enters the data in front of the group accepts the Terms and Conditions in the name of the group.
2.2 Booking is completed when a customer receives an email confirmation with reservation code. A Customer is obligated to check all data provided in the confirmation. If any irregularities are noticed on the received confirmation, customer must inform the Customer Service in written form, by sending an email. Please note that successful booking does not mean confirmed reservation. From the moment You choose your driver and submit a booking, acts solely as an intermediary between You and the Driver.
2.3 Your request will be automatically forwarded to the relevant Driver, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to You on behalf of the Driver. In the event that the Driver is unable to perform the requested transfer, can send you an alternative proposal (if it is possible) or  booking will be canceled without compensation.
2.4 By submitting a booking request, You agree that You will be charged late cancellation fees, modification or ‘no-show’ fees (see chapter 5.).
2.5 Prices published for airport transfers include at least 60 minutes of waiting from actual flight arrival (as displayed on the arrivals board). Port, railway and bus station transfer prices include at least 30 minutes of waiting from the arrival time. Prices for any other meeting places include at least 10 minutes of waiting.

3. Payment Methods
3.1 All methods of payment accepted by the Drivers are listed on their profiles (Policies) and are available to You on our booking form. Terms and methods of payment are defined by Drivers themselves and may vary considerably. Be sure to read them carefully.
3.2 The standard payment method is payment in cash directly to the Driver, unless a different form of payment was agreed in advance and confirmed in written form after the booking is made.
3.3 By entering this Agreement, You agree that all information that You provided on the booking form is true, valid and correct.

4. Contact procedures
4.1 During the booking process, as well as after the provided service, only e-mails are considered to be a valid form of communication.
4.2 Accuracy of provided data is of crucial importance for a contracted transfer, especially correct email address and available contact phone.
4.3 Customer is required to contact the driver or Customer Service if there is any problem that prevents him/her to arrive to the meeting point.

5. Cancellation or Modifications
5.1 Any changes regarding the booked transfer must be sent in written form by email to . For all changes made in less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer you must contact Customer Service and wait for further instructions.
5.2 Each booking confirmation contains a reservation code must be entered in order to check the status of reservation, to change reservation dates or to cancel the reservation, and as a reference for further communication between and a client.
5.3 All changes are subject of driver’s confirmation and availability. Both and driver reserve the right to cancel the booking after the change is done if there is no possibility to accept requested change.
5.4 By submitting a booking through, You accept and agree to the relevant Cancellation and Modifications Policy. This policies  are available on each Driver’s profile in the Driver Policies section. Cancellation and Modifications Policies vary from Driver to Driver. We suggest You to read Driver Cancellation and Modifications Policies carefully before booking.
5.5 In the event that the Driver cannot complete the modified transfer booking, the booking will be cancelled without any compensations. Approval of booking modifications depends on the availability of transfer accordingly to new requests. In the event that modifications require a new rate due to different vehicle needed, changed pick-up time or due to whatsoever other reason, You accept to pay the new price in full.
5.6 In case of no-show (client did not show up for a scheduled transfer at scheduled time) reserves the right to charge the total amount of the booked transfer. This is a general rule and applies only if the Driver didn’t specify other rules in his Driver Policies.

6.’s Liability
6.1 The liability for transfer service is restricted exclusively to the Driver.
6.2 According to applicable Laws and these Terms and Conditions, holds responsibility in the amount specified in Your confirmation e-mail (for a single or a series of related cases) for any direct damages caused by failure to comply with our commitments. 
6.3 All our registered drivers are insured and licensed accordingly with their local laws and regulations. As laws are different depending on the country, we strongly recommend You to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance valid for the total length of Your journey.
6.4 Neither nor its representatives will held responsibilities for any personal injuries, death, property and other damages, losses or expenses that You incurred or paid ( whether as a result of legislative acts, errors, violations, negligence, qualified guilt, hiding information, omissions, false representation or crime) and other losses (such as lost property, stolen, damaged or lost luggage, missed flight, ferry, train or other transportation, etc.) that may arise before , during or after providing transfer services.
6.5 will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for any damages arising from use or misuse of the transfer booking service, even if You have warned us about particular circumstances affecting Your trip. Also, we will not be held liable for any damages arising from errors or omissions affecting Your booking, whether the booking was made on-line or through a company or transfer provider agent.
6.6 Neither nor the Driver will be held responsible for any delays, cancellation or modifications of transfers due to force majeure or unforeseeable events beyond Driver’s control, such as accidents suffered by third parties during the transfer, terrorist attacks, extreme weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, police check points, road works, normal or abnormal traffic, etc.
6.7 When submitting a transfer booking, You are required to select a vehicle of the appropriate size, especially if You have any excess luggage or special items (oddly shaped, heavy or bigger than normal, including, but not limited to: wheelchairs, scuba dive equipment, bikes, strollers, etc.). You will be required to pay all incurred expenses for additional or different vehicles needed to carry the luggage not specified on the booking form. If it is not possible to provide a different vehicle, the transfer will be cancelled and You will be charged the full price.
6.8 Pay attention to safety of children under 12 years of age. Road traffic Law requires children to be transferred in child safety seats. In the event that You are traveling with a child under 12 years of age without previously booking an appropriate child safety seat, the transfer will be completed at Your own risk. Mini-buses and coaches cannot have child safety seats, therefore this service cannot be booked.

7. Drivers Liability
7.1 Information about transfers that are provided on are based on the information provided to us by the Drivers. Each Driver that offers his transfer services through has access to his profile and is obliged to update prices, routes, availability of the vehicles and all other information related to the transfers.
Although invests a considerable effort to ensure that the information published on is completely accurate and correct, cannot guarantee the quality of the published transfer and cannot be held liable for any incorrect information or lack of thereof. Each Driver helds responsability for the authenticity of the information.

8. Guest Review
8.1 reserves the right of using and publishing guest and/or user reviews on and other sites of similar content that are owned, controlled or used by owns all reviews and therefore reserves the right of adjusting, declining or deleting them.
Guest reviews will be used solely in the purpose of service improvement (such as marketing purposes and similar), and will in no case be misused.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
9.1, as well as the software, content, information and material used in the process of providing services, is an intellectual property owned by Ltd., a Private Limited Liability Company based in Belgrade, Kralja Milutina 12, Republic of Serbia. reserves copyrights on all content published on as well as rights of changing content.
9.2 These Terms and Conditions of providing our services are in accordance with our local laws. Any disputes that might arise from these Terms and Conditions and our services fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of our local courts.
